  Best Buy's liquidation electronics have three different classifications.

Salvage electronics: This is the least valuable. It is comprised of non-functioning units that have been looked at by a technician. The items have been deemed not economically feasible to repair.  They might be missing a part. The items can come without the original packaging. Lots of cables usually in the loads.
